Dost & Co. opens its new office in Puerto Portals with a cocktail party
The estate agency will hold a cocktail party next Monday 2nd April on its new terrace to celebrate the opening of its office in Puerto Portals.
Dost & Co. estate agency is opening an all-new office in Puerto Portals with a cocktail party at which the branch's new sales team, made up of two expert agents with wide experience in the property market, will be introduced. At the opening the firm's full team together with its best clients will be present.
Only a matter of months after officially opening, the Dost & Co. agency has chosen to strengthen its office network with this new branch, which looks set to become one of the estate agency's main assets. Dost & Co. started up in July 2011 with the aim of reinventing the Balearic property sector through a firm based on the dedicated service and honesty of an experienced team who, most importantly of all, are enthusiastic about this project – the only one of its kind in the Balearic Islands – and committed to it. Thus, the Puerto Portals office increases the estate agency's already extensive network, which has branches in Palma & Son Vida, Andratx, Sóller, Alaró and Ibiza.

Simon Jansen, after training as a stockbroker in Edinburgh, followed a trail of adventure through Southeast Asia, becoming involved in resource management in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. In 1995 he started his own business in the United Kingdom, focused on investing in property; and, a few years later, he moved for good to Mallorca, where he has worked for ten years on countless construction and refurbishment projects suitable for investors from London and Southeast Asia. For her part, Nicole Pelzer trained in Cologne and, after living abroad for a few years, in 1996 she settled in Mallorca, where she has worked in sales in the property sector ever since. For the past twelve years she has worked in south-west Mallorca, for a prestigious property developer and she joined Dost & Co. because she was attracted by the simplicity of the firm's philosophy: "Quality rather than quantity".
