Final Cut│Zsuzsi Csiszér
The work of Hungarian artist Zsuzsi Csiszér is recognized by the inexhaustible inventiveness with which she questions the media and capitalism. Through indivualistic visual language and a complex pictorial structure, Csiszér expresses a collection of contradictions and stereotypes in a vivid and exciting way. In Final Cut, the artist brings into her pictorial world this term which is used in film production to indicate the final version of the film. It deals with a series of individual images in which she combines sheets of oil on paper creating the effect of a sequence.
