The Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Palma will host from Saturday 13th of April the exhibition Llorenç Ginard. Sculptures, a retrospective journey through the sculptural production of the artist from Manacor (Mallorca). Member of Group Drac and Group Dimecres, Ginard is "permanently moving between a struggle with, and affection for, a raw material from which he manages to extract those peculiar forms that characterise most of his work", according to Es Baluard.
The Ginard's sculptures have influences of the avant-gardes and the essence of the Mediterranean, and they are always full of vitality. Curated by Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta, Llorenç Ginard. Sculptures will be exhibited until 30th of June at the Museum Es Baluard in Palma.
