The Mallorca Tennis Club to go out to public tender in the European Union
The management of the historic Mallorca Tennis Club in Palma de Mallorca will go out to public tender in October in the Official Journal of the European Union to facilitate European candidates submit their projects. Palma City Council will offer the management of Mallorca Tennis Club for a period of 50 years with very open conditions to attract potential candidates. As it is listed as Spanish National Heritage there are certain restrictions about how to remodel the building, the garden, the pool and the tennis center court, in which Rafael Nadal has played on several occasions.
In addition to providing activities related to tennis, the future tennis club should include other sports, such as swimming or gymnastics classes.
