The visitors to natural parks in the Balearics increased last year
More than 285,000 people visited the parks and natural reserves of the Balearic Islands, as well as the National Park of Cabrera and the Natural Park of Serra de Tramuntana, which had 11% more visitors than last year.
Among the parks and nature reserves that were considered on this statistic, highlight the Albufera de Mallorca, Peninsula de Llevant, Mondragó, ses Salines of Ibiza and Formentera, Albufera des Grau and nature reserves s'Albufereta, es Vedra, Vedranell, the islets of Ponent, plus Cabrera and the Serra de Tramuntana.
Last year, Cabrera recorded the higher number of visitors (80,361), followed by the natural park of Albufera de Mallorca (72,371), the natural park of Llevant (45,307) and the natural setting of the Serra de Tramuntana (43,056).
