'Turandot' at the Teatro Principal de Palma
The Teatro Principal de Palma hosts as part of the 27 edition of the opera season, the play Turandot by Giacomo Puccini. This opera is a play in three acts by Giacomo Puccini and texts Giuseppe Adami and Renato Simoni. Released in 1926 in the theater Scalla in Milan, Turandot tells the story of Princess Turandot, who, by determination of his father, the Emperor, will marry the prince who can resolve a number of puzzles, otherwise the prince will be beheaded.
Eugenia Bethencourt plays Princess Turandot, Eduardo Sandoval, the unknown Prince Calaf and Maia Planas, Miguel Angel Zapater, Rodrigo Alvarez, Antonio Aragon, Bartomeu Guiscafre, Pedro Fuentes and Miguel Sola complete the cast. Music by the Balearic Symphony Orchestra 'Ciutat de Palma' and choruses by Teatre Principal Nins and the Teatro Principal.
Passes are on Sunday 3rd of March, on Wednesday 6th of March, on Friday 8th of March and Sunday 10th of March, from 8 to 60 euros.
